Scheduling
Your virtual appointment will start like any other in-person appointment with you scheduling a time that works best for you. Given the flexible nature of technology, we have found that it is much easier for most people to find the time to fit in one of our virtual appointments. You don’t have to get dressed, drive anywhere, or even get out of bed to have one of these virtual appointments. You can easily make the most out of this quick appointment by gathering a few questions together beforehand so that you can quickly discuss the issues or concerns that you may be having with our clinical specialist. A few minutes of preparation beforehand can really make these virtual appointments much easier on both sides and help us eliminate options while we hone in on the root of the issue or your needs.
Your Appointment
Once you have scheduled your appointment we will review your previous dental work and any orthodontic work that may be necessary. If need be, we will reach out to your other dental professionals to retrieve the needed documents, so make sure that you tell us any previous practices you have visited if you are a new patient(general or specialists). After we have gathered this initial data, our team will review your files and needs, to get a head start on your individual appointment.
During your appointment, one of our elite orthodontic specialists will walk you through a few quick questions to better understand any issues or concerns you may have. If this appointment is for a routine check-in, we will go over your normal needs, check-in with you to see how you are feeling with your treatments, and assess whether or not you need to come in for any additional in-person appointments.
