Terry Gruelle, DMD, MS, PSC

Dr. Gruelle believes the Confucius quote, “Choose a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life” truly applies to being an orthodontist. There is no mistaking Dr. Gruelle’s signature greeting and warm smile. His personality is as warm as his clinical skills are strong. “Orthodontics was the perfect choice for me. Creating smiles that change people’s lives is our mission.

What Dr. Gruelle loves about orthodontics: “I am excited about seeing each of my patients and consider them my family. I embrace the changes in technology that allow us to provide excellent results in a caring and family type atmosphere.

Patients may have similar dental issues, but the options to treat them are varied. “It is not what benefits me, but what is best for each patient. It is my privilege to identify what they feel is important, then design treatment options that meet their needs, wants, and what is financially in their best interest.”

When not treating patients, Dr. Gruelle enjoys being an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Northern Kentucky University.

He also provides lectures and seminars on dentistry and Invisalign nationally and internationally.
