Gruelle Dempsey Orthodontics is committed to providing our patients with a smile that lasts a lifetime. It is for this reason that we offer our Smile Security Program. Retainers are not meant to last a lifetime! Whether they need replacing because they were lost, broken or just gross, they will need replacing at some point.

People who have been an Invisalign wearer, typically are great retainer wearers! They are used to having them in so when active treatment is finished, patients almost feel like they are missing something when not wearing the aligners. Smile Security gives you peace of mind and protects your investment in your beautiful smile.

With a one-time fee of $880, that can be included with our in-office financing, this program offers our patients up to 2 clear removeable retainers per year, for the next 10 years! Replacement retainers generally cost $200+ each which can add up very quickly when retainers are lost and/or chewed by a pet.
