At Gruelle Dempsey Orthodontics, we are committed to providing treatment during these unprecedented times. We are now offering virtual appointments for current patients as well as virtual consultations for new patients.
We have virtual appointments available to answer any questions you might have about treatment from the convenience of your own home.
This will be an appointment conducted in one of our offices once we are able to reopen for in-person treatment.
*Due to COVID-19, our offices are currently closed to all non-emergency procedures. Your appointment will be scheduled once we receive guidance from governing bodies that we may reopen.
At your first visit you will have the opportunity to meet with one of the doctors and one of our expert treatment coordinators. During an in-person visit, a complimentary x-ray will be taken and analyzed at this appointment if necessary. If treatment is recommended, all treatment options will be thoroughly explained, and we will make a decision together as to what would be the best treatment option for you. All facets of the treatment process will be discussed and all of your questions pertaining to treatment and financing will be answered. Once you’ve decided what treatment option will be best for you, you will be able to begin on your first visit or schedule your treatment at a more convenient time.
Your consultation will be with one of our orthodontists. They will take all diagnostic records necessary and provide treatment plan options that are created specifically for your smile. You will also be presented with all financial packages for your treatment.
Your consultation will be with our Clinical Treatment Expert. They will take diagnostic records that will be reviewed by the treating orthodontist so they can create a custom treatment plan just for you. Our Clinical Treatment Experts will present orthodontic treatment options and financial packages.
We participate in Ohio and Kentucky state funded insurances. At this appointment all diagnostic records will be taken along with a full dental exam. These records will then be sent to the state agencies for pre-authorization for treatment.
*Clinical Treatment Experts are Licensed Dental Assistants with many years of orthodontic experience. The orthodontist will not be present at this appointment.
